Ingredients Of Stuffed Creamy Malai Kofta

  • Four Potatoes, boiled
  • Two nos green chillies, chopped
  • 1.5 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1.5 cup Khoya
  • Dry fruits
  • Maida
  • Two nos Onions, chopped
  • One tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Half tsp Turmeric
  • One tsp Red chilli powder
  • One cup Tomato puree
  • Two tsp Kasoori methi
  • Two tsp Cashewnut paste
  • Half cup khoya

How to Make your own Stuffed Creamy Malai Kofta in just 40 minutes

1.Pick out boiled potatoes into a bowl, add paneer followed by green chillies following with coriander leaves, a teaspoon of salt and a cup of khoya to it.

2.Mash up the ingredients well thoroughly to make a thick paste.

3.Take out small portions of the mixture to make balls out of it and stuff dry fruits inside.

4.Now take some maida and put the rolled out stuffed balls in it.

5.In a wok full of oil, deep fry the stuffed balls till golden brown.

6.Now saute up the chopped onion into a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric following with red chilli powder. Mix it up for a while.

7.Add tomato puree, mix well and bring it to simmer. Now put up some kasoori methi and cashew nut paste along with the khoya and mix well.

8.After a while put some coriander leaves and pour the milk, mix thoroughly and add some cream to it. Mix well and bring to simmer.

9.Pour the cooked curry over the fried koftas. And there we go for our Stuffed Creamy Malai Kofta and one suggestion serves it hot as it tastes amazing then.
