Cook with Budgett again came up again with simply best yet tasty recipe on the basis of which we serve you Hara Bhara kebab which is coming out to be a refined, amazing vegetable cutlet like a snack, which is prepared with a stuffing of spinach and green peas side-by-side. 

This is a fantabulous way to add some nutrition to your diet in a delicious and outstanding way. Vegetarian's pro, go-to kebab recipe, it is made up with a mix of mashed potatoes, spinach, green peas with some chillies, some of the cornflour for binding it up and select the respective spices for the flavour. It is quick, simply best yet delicious as the notion said above.

Ingredients required to make your own Veg Pro Hara Bhara Kebab ( Recipe which consists of peas as the key ingredient then you can imagine how much healthy it would come out to be)

  • Three tsp coriander seeds
  • Two tsp cumin seeds
  • Water
  • One tsp salt
  • One tsp sugar
  • Fifty gms spinach
  • Hundred gms peas
  • Three tsp garlic
  • Two tsp ginger
  • One Green chilli
  • One cup parsley
  • One cup coriander leaves
  • Four potatoes, boiled
  • One tsp salt
  • One tsp chaat masala
  • Quarter cup bread crumbs
  • Quarter cup cornflour
  • One Lemon
  • Imli chutney
  • 1 tomato, chopped



How to Make Hara Bhara Kebab

  • 1.Take some coriander and cumin seeds. Roast them well enough that a sweet fragrance starts coming up.
  • 2.Put some water in a pan under which we roasted our cumin seeds and coriander, then add salt with sugar, spinach and peas.
  • 3.Saute them well enough.
  • 4.Drain out the water and keep them in cold water for a couple of minutes.
  • 5.After that put the above mix in a grinder, add garlic to it, ginger, green chilli, Parsley, with some coriander leaves and some of the roasted coriander and cumin seeds.
  • 6.Grind all the ingredients well enough to make a solid paste.
  • 7.Now take up the boiled potatoes in a bowl, add salt to it, chaat masala, the paste which we made, bread crumbs and cornflour together.
  • 8.Mix them well to form a paste and add some tingy effect with the help of lemon to it.
  • 9.Make round balls out of the respective paste which we made.
  • 10.Take the pan with some oil and put the round balls into it for shallow frying.
  • 11.Fry them until the greenish-brown colour starts coming up.
  • 12.Serve hot with garnishing it up with chaat masala and Imli chutney in the plate at one side, chopped tomatoes and parsley alongside chopped onions and lemon
