5 tbsp Short Grain Rice (Washed and soaked for 35 minutes)

4 tbsp Guruji Thandai Masala powder

Quarter cup Sugar

Step By Step In Making -:

1) Heat the Amul Full Cream Milk in a pan.

2) When it comes to a boil, Add India Gate Basmati Rice and Guruji Thandai Masala Powder.

3) Cook on medium-low heat till the kheer thickens.

4) Keep stirring in-between time.

5) Add sugar and cook for a minute or two.

6) Garnish with some of the almonds and pistachios.

7) Serve hot or chilled the way you like to have it.
