Fresh Strawberry (455 g), quartered

Four kiwis, peeled and diced

Two mangoes, diced

Two bananas, sliced

Fresh blueberry (340 g)

Two tablespoons honey

One lime, juiced

How to make your own Fruit Salad with 1gm Fat

  • Quarter up the strawberries and place them into a large bowl.
  • Dice the mango up and place it over on top of the strawberries.
