For frying:

▢Quarter cup Corn flour

▢Two tbsp Maida / Plain flour

▢One tsp Nilon's Ginger Garlic Paste

▢Half tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

▢Quarter tsp Pepper Powder

▢Half tsp Salt

▢Quarter cup Water

▢12-13 cubes of Mother Dairy Paneer / Cottage Cheese

▢Oil (for frying)

For making up the sauce:

▢Two tbsp Dhara Oil

▢Two clove Garlic (finely chopped)

▢One chilli (slit)

▢Four tbsp Spring Onion (chopped)

▢Half Onion (petals)

▢Half Capsicum (sliced)

▢One tsp Delmonte Chilli Sauce

▢Two tbsp Kissan Tomato Ketchup

▢Two tbsp Vinegar

▢Two tbsp Delmonte Soy Sauce

▢Quarter tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

▢Quarter tsp Pepper Powder

▢Quarter tsp Salt

▢One tsp Aashirvad corn flour

▢Two tbsp water

Instructions to make your own Cocky Chilly Paneer Recipe

1)  Firstly, in the small bowl take up quarter cup corn flour and two tbsp maida.

2) Also add one tsp ginger garlic paste, half tsp chilli powder, quarter tsp pepper powder and half tsp salt.

3)  Form up a smooth lump free batter by adding quarter cup water.

4)  Now dip 12 cubes paneer and coat it from all sides uniformly.

5)  Deep fry in the hot oil making sure the flame is set on medium.

6)  Stir occasionally until our paneer cubes turn into golden brown and crisp.

7)  Drain off the fried paneer and keep it aside.

8)  Now in a large kadai heat two tbsp oil and saute two clove garlic, one chilli and two tbsp spring onion.

9)  Also, saute half onion and half capsicum on high flame for a minute.

10) Further add 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp soy sauce.

11) Now add ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp pepper powder and ¼ tsp salt.

12) Stir fry until the sauce is combined all well.

13) Prepare the corn flour slurry by combining 1 tsp corn flour into 2 tbsp water.

14) Pour the cornflour slurry into the wok and mix continuously.

15) Stir fry until the sauce turns glossy and thickens.

16) Add our fried paneer and then 2 tbsp of spring onion. Mix up well.

17) Finally, now enjoy your chilly paneer and compliment it with fried rice or eat it simple, it will make your taste bud deprived of it after one bite.
