Ingredients for making your very own Aloo And Dal Ki Taka-Tak Tikki

  • 600 gms mashed potatoes, boiled
  • 4 white bread slices
  • Salt and red chili to taste
  • Garam masala
  • Half tsp cumin powder
  • Half tsp coriander powder
  • Half cup chana dal (parboiled)
  • Some green chili, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice &
  • Coriander

1.Crumble up bread slices.

2.Now add mashed potatoes into it with some chana dal, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and chilies.

3.Spice it up with some cumin powder, coriander powder with garam masala, salt, and mere few drops of oil.

4.Mix it up well.

5.Shape into round flat patties and fry till it gets golden brown and make your eyes squeal to get it right away.
