Ingredients Of Mango Ice Cream

One Cup Amul milk

One tbsp Weikfield custard powder

Three cups milk

One cup sugar

One tbsp vanilla essence

Three cups cream

Half cup castor sugar

One cup of mango puree

One cup mangoes, chopped


How to Make Mango Ice Cream

1.Pour Amul milk into the bowl and add Weikfield custard powder to it .

2.Mix thoroughly.

3. Now take some milk in a different bowl(stove-friendly) and put it on a medium flame and add sugar to it.

4.Stir up well and bring to simmer.

5.Add the milk custard mix to it which we made up at the first step.

6.Stir thoroughly completely.

7.Let it cool down till the room temperature hits.

8.Now the step comes to add the vanilla essence to the bowl and mix well.


We Are Very Close In Making Your Own Mango Ice Cream. Be With Us And Satisfaction Will Be At Your Doorstep 


1.Coming upon thoroughly blending up of cream in a separate bowl.

2.Now add castor sugar to the blended cream and stir well again.

3.Prepare the mango puree purchased or prepare (by blending the 1-2 mangoes without milk) and pour that puree into the bowl of cream and blend it well again.

4.Add the cream and mango puree mixture to the bowl of milk.

5.Now add our beloved mangoes chopped pieces around 10 to the bowl and stir well.

6.Transfer the mix which we made at the 8th step and at the 3rd step into a steel container.

7.Tightly cover up the container with a thin transparent sheet.

8.Refrigerate it overnight.

9.Serve it completely chilled so that you get shivers till your soul.
