What will go into making of this beautiful pulao 

  • Ghee – 2 tblspn
  • Fennel Seeds / Saunf – 1 Table Spoon
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1 TableSpoon
  • Cinnamon / Daal Chinni – 2 cm piece
  • Cardamom / Elaichi – 3
  • Cloves / Loong – 2
  • Bay Leaf/ Teej Patta –  1
  • Black Stone Flower / Dagad Phool -1 piece
  • Mace/Gada Samagree – 1
  • Onion – 1 large sliced thinly finely layered chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tblspn
  • Green Chillies – 5 to 6 slit it into two or parts you feel like
  • Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup chopped finely
  • Mint Leaves – 1/4 cup chopped finely
  • Carrot – 1 medium length and 3 bhaag mein kaate(Trisect it) and then cut it  
  • Peas – 1/2 cup
  • Beans – 5 chopped(Small pieces)
  • Potato – 1 peeled and cubed
  • Yogurt/Dahi – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 1.5 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread Slices – 3 to 4 cubed

Rice - : We know its a main indegrient and we don't wanna mess up with it so will put India Gate Basmati Rice instead of simple rice

Take out the India Gate Basmati rice out of the packet, hold each bit of rice and imagine when this rice will get prepared what our pulao will look like Vhaaaaa ji Vhaaa moment is not too far now.

Now soak rice for 30 mins. Let the water drain and put aside your cravings if i say for couple of time which is soon gonna satisfy without a single word of Dissatisfying present in it.

Heat oil or ghee (according to your preference) in a pan and add in all whole spices. Let them sizzle with full shake or let them dance in the pan for a min.

After the dance workout when they get calm down little bit off, then - Add in onions and saute (Hilaye) till golden brown.

Add in green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute or two.

Add in veggies and toss well in oil till it is cooked and covered with nice colour.

Add in coriander, mint leaves and mix well. This will add a great aroma by which your nose will bend automatically to inhale it much

Add in yogurt and mix well.

Add in water and season it with salt. Bring it to boiling.

Add in India Gate Basmati Rice and mix well. Cover with a lid and simmer to the lowest possible. Cook for 20mins.

Deep fry brown bread in oil till golden, drain and set aside. Brown bread is more healthy to eat then the white one and we care for ours one always 

Turn off the heat and fluff the rice with a fork. Add in fried bread into this and mix gently.

cover with a lid and let it sit for 15 mins.

Now serve and enjoy the temptation of it
