Chawal ki kheer ke fayde - Facts
Kheer contains few calories and merely close to four grams of protein nourishment. In every 4-ounce of kheer serving, we can find both vitamin C and vitamin A entering into our body. Ingredients Of Rice Kheer
Five Cups Amul Milk, full cream(red wala)
1/4 / quarter cup Dawaat Rice (washed properly see in the process to make section)
Half cup sugar
8-10 Raisins
5 green cardamoms
11-14 almonds (shredded)
The process to make your own rice kheer
1- Rinse the Dawaat basmati rice until the water seems properly cleared. After that soak the rice in plenty of water for about 15 to 35 minutes. Once soaked for 20 minutes, drain the water and separate the rice using a colander and put it aside.
2- Start the stove and place a heavy bottom pan on a higher-medium heat range. Then add one teaspoon of desi ghee to it and then add the soaked & drained rice which we separated in above step. Khusboo ka raja add Kare crushed green cardamom pods around 3-4.
3- Toss up the rice along with the ghee and cardamom for 2 to 3 minutes, along with tossing, stirring also keeps going on constantly until aroma starts coming.
4- There comes the main ingredient - now add the milk and when we say that our trust is abide with Amul milk, add it to the pan and stir well. Set the range of the heat in between high to medium.
5- Wait till the milk come to a boil, this process will take near about 10-15 minutes. Keep stirring continuously so that milk doesn’t get stick to the bottom of the pan.
6- Once the milk reached to the boiling point, lower the heat to lower and let the kheer cook slowly, gradually for around 25 minutes on lower heat. Keep in mind to stir every 2-3 minutes or so.
7- The milk will reduce considerably after 25 minutes and the kheer would look thick and the rice will be completely cooked.
If you want extreme thickness in your kheer. Wanna make it rich then cook for just 12-13 more minutes and there we go the delicacy of India's beautiful dessert will be with you
1- Bring it more sugar and mix.
2- With that add in the nuts which will add some nutritional value as well. We are going with cashews and almonds and once the taste of it gets mixed with kheer then it leads to blowing up of heart with immense pleasure.
3- Before serving the kheer will be on the stove for just 6 more minutes and after it adds the sugar and nuts. The sugar should completely get dissolved. No need to be tensed if your kheer doesn’t look very rich at this point.
Cooling - It will definitely lead to the process of thickening.
