Ingredients Of Multani Paneer Tikka

  • 500 gm Amul cottage cheese( Cook with Budgett always recommend the best as we care for you, we belive in you)
  • Four Tbsp grated cheddar cheese
  • One cup spring onions, chopped
  • Two green chillies, chopped
  • Two tsp ginger, chopped
  • Three tsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • Half tsp garam masala
  • One tsp pepper powder/ kali mirch
  • One tsp cumin/ jeera
  • Half cup besan or cornflour
  • Salt to taste
  • One tsp refined oil for shallow fry

 How to Make Multani Paneer Tikka

1.Slice up the Amul Paneer into long not too thin sheets  

2.Take a pan and add one tsp oil. Saute up the spring onions in a pan. Seasoned it with salt along with garam masala, pepper and cumin side by side. Allow the mixture to let it completely dry, after that let it cool.

3.Futhermore add chopped ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies and Amul cheese.

4.Mix all the ingredients well enough. 

5.Spread it evenly with a knife till the half length of the sliced paneer and then fold it.

6.Now we gonna need a batter made up of corn flour/besan and water. (Remember we told at Cook with Budgett we focus always on best so keep a note that batter should neither be runny nor too thick.)

7.Dip the prepared paneer in the respective batter and shallow fry it up in a non stick pan till you start seeing the golden brown color.

8.Serve hot with mint chutney and stick if available.
