HOMEMADE BHEL PURI WITH TANGY TWIST

- One tomato, chopped
- One cucumber, cut into small cubes
- One onion, chopped into small cubes/ finely
- Haldiram Namkeen
- Two spoons of green chutney
- Two spoons of tamarind tangy chutney(How to make we got it covered scroll down more)
- Green coriander
- Roasted Murmure
- One tbsp chilli powder
- Add Salt to taste
- Haldiram bhujia
Method to make your own Homemade Bhel Puri With Tangy Twist :
- Mix the Hadiram Namkeen and kurmura together.
- Taking a seperate bowl, and add the cucumber, onion, tomato, green chutney, tamarind sauce, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
- Add the Haldiram Namkeen and Murmure to this mixture and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
- Half cup seedless tamarind or apni imli
- Half cup seedless dates / khajoor
- Two cups water (for thinner consistency add 3 cups water)
- Half cup jaggery or gud
- Half tablespoon fennel powder or saunf powder
- One tsp coriander powder / dhaniya powder
- Half tsp cumin powder / jeera powder
- One tsp kashmiri red chili powder / lal mirch powder
- Half tsp dry ginger powder / sonth- saunth powder
- Add salt to taste
Process in making
- Starting with picking up of a large kadai after that take equal proportion of tamarind, dates and jaggery (Half-Half cup each)
- After that pour two cups of water.
- Mix well and boil the mixture for atleast 10-15 minutes.
- During it add half tsp fennel powder/saunf powder, one tsp coriander powder, half tsp cumin powder, one tsp kashmiri red chili powder, half tsp dry ginger powder and then salt according to taste.
- Mix and mash the tamarind and dates roughly.
- Furthermore, simmer up the mixture for two minutes.
- Now the part of cooling down stage comes put the mixture aside and let it cool completly.
- There we go now on transfering up of the dates, tamarind mixture which we made to the mixer and blend smooth puree.
- Furthur strain the puree to remove the raw particles which get so that we get smooth texture mixture.
- Transfer the prepared khajoor imli ki tangy chutney into airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
- finally, use the prepared tamarind date chutney in preparing your own homemade bhel puri.
